Hello

Well it's been a while since I last blogged... The computer's broke and is in for repair so no photos until we get our proper computer back..

We're all fine apart from being full of the autumnal cold : ( Christian's busy making a fireguard for the new wood buring stove among other projects. Granny Stark has just been for a long weekend which was lovely, we went to Aunty Lotte's birthday party and to the summerhouse. I'm back at work so we're really busy but it's all going OK!

Honey

Look at our honey harvest!

We thought we would have to wait until next year for our first honey harvest but after checking the frames we found there was plenty of honey ready.

There was enough for about 5 jars.

We just squeezed it out of the honeycomb by hand. Next time we'll have some more professioal equipment to swing the honey out! We also melted the honeycomb so we have some beeswax.
